Choose to eat whole foods which are not processed like eggs, beans, chicken, fish, nuts, fresh fruit and vegetables. These foods are easier for your body to digest because they are natural and in a raw form. Being easier to digest, your body takes what it needs and you poop out what it doesn't keeping your intestinal track nice and clean which also aids weight loss.
Eating processed foods like cold meats, cheese, chips make your body sluggish, tired and lethargic, clog your insides and make you put on unwanted weight.
Eating clean is the absolute best way to reduce tummy fat, lose weight, look and feel fabulous!
Rule of thumb... If mother nature didn't make it, don't eat it!
